Started by a work at home mom, Nature's Paws has always
had a family goal in mind. This is not a big company
looking for big profits, we care about our furry (four-legged),
and feathered family members. The goal of Nature's Paws
is to provide quality pet products at affordable prices that
help out pet gaurdians, but also help us keep the store going.
Nature's Paws tries to offer only the highest quality products that
are hard to find at your big chain stores.
Order Process: Nature's Paws has a shopping cart and ordering process but payment is not made in our store. To protect your information from theft, we use PayPal.com that offers better security for your credit cards information. Paypal is an easy to use online payment, and with our business account, you do not have to have a paypal account.
Once your order is made in the store, you should recieve an email confirming your order and includes a paypal link to make payment for your order. Once we recieve your payment, your order will be updated from PENDING, to PROCESSING and finally to SHIPPED once your order has been shipped out.
We use USPS (united States Postal Service) for shipping. If products are in stock, we ship within the week, and normally most packages go Priority, but even when shipped Priority this does not guarantee that your package will arrive in a day or two. Although rare, we have had orders take up to three (3) weeks to arrive. And of course, we do have packages that get lost.
